Eligibility and Accounts

• You must be able to form a binding contract to use Luna.
• Authentication is handled through Better Auth, our self-hosted authentication system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and activity under your credentials.

Your Content

• You retain ownership of files you upload and the outputs generated for you.
• You represent that you have the rights to upload and process the content you submit and that it does not infringe others’ rights.

Acceptable Use

• No unlawful, harmful, or abusive activity.
• No attempts to disrupt or misuse the service or other users’ data.
• Respect academic integrity policies of your institution.

Credits and Payments

Any credits purchased through Luna are for use within the platform only and do not represent an investment, deposit, or fund. Credits have no monetary value outside the Luna application and are non-refundable.

Beta Service

Luna is currently in beta. As such, the service may contain bugs, experience downtime, or behave unpredictably. By using the platform, you acknowledge and accept these risks.

Service and Availability

We strive to provide reliable access, but the service may be unavailable from time to time. Features may change without notice.

Privacy

Our use of your information is described in our Privacy Policy. By using Luna, you consent to those practices, including the use of cookies and local storage to remember your preferences and consent choice.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Luna is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including issues related to purchased credits or beta-related bugs.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
